Hi, I'm Camden. I built Marina Shore Villas because the Moses Lake I know — growing, full of people relocating here for great jobs — didn't have enough new-construction rental inventory at quality price points.
We're locally owned and self-managed. That means no out-of-state property management company, no REIT buying the lease three weeks after you sign, and no 1-800 phone tree between you and a decision-maker. When you call, you talk to me — or someone who can immediately get to me.
That's also why our pet policy is plain English ($250 fee, $10/mo per pet), our pricing is public, and we don't play games with application fees. We want long-tenure tenants who treat the place like home, and that's not a relationship you build with fine print.
Why we built this
Moses Lake is in the middle of a real economic boom. REC Silicon is back online. Group14 and Sila Nanotechnologies are bringing battery-materials manufacturing to scale with federal DOE backing. Genie continues to expand. Samaritan Healthcare and Big Bend Community College are net hirers. The population has grown by about 9% since 2020 — and the rental inventory hasn't kept up.
What was missing was new-construction quality at price points working people could actually live at. Marina Shore Villas exists to close that gap. Seventy 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes, lakefront, with the kind of layouts that work for the actual households moving here: dual-professional couples, traveling nurses, families, remote workers, manufacturing engineers and technicians relocating from out of state.
