Love living at Marina Shore Villas? Refer a friend, family member, or coworker and earn a rent credit when they sign a lease. It's the easiest way to build the community you want to live in.
How it works
- Tell a friend about Marina Shore Villas.
- Have them mention your name when they inquire or apply.
- They tour, apply, and get approved through standard screening.
- They sign a 12-month lease and move in.
- You receive a rent credit applied to your next monthly statement.
Referral reward
Current residents receive a rent credit for each qualified referral who signs a lease. The credit amount and promotion period are confirmed at the time of referral — ask us for current details.
Note: Referral terms are subject to change. Confirm the current reward with management before referring.
Who qualifies
- Referrer must be a current resident in good standing.
- Referred applicant must be a new tenant (not a current or former resident).
- Referred applicant must complete standard screening and sign a qualifying lease.
- Referral must be claimed at or before application — retroactive referrals are not eligible.
