Electricity & water — Grant County PUD
Grant County Public Utility District provides electric service to Moses Lake. Water is included in most lease structures at Marina Shore Villas (confirm at signing). Set up your PUD electric account before move-in.
Natural gas — Cascade Natural Gas
If your unit has gas service, Cascade Natural Gas is the local provider. Confirm with us at lease signing whether your specific unit uses gas for heating, cooking, or water heating.
Internet & TV
Fiber internet from Grant County PUD (Grant County Fiber) is widely available in Moses Lake and offers some of the cheapest gigabit service in the country. Cable and satellite options are also available.
Trash & recycling
Trash service is included in most lease structures at Marina Shore Villas. Recycling is handled by the city's curbside program. Confirm your specific service schedule at move-in.
Mail & packages
USPS delivers to the mailboxes at Marina Shore Villas. Package delivery is typically to your front door. For large packages or high-value items, consider a secure delivery option or arrange pickup.
Renter's insurance
Renter's insurance is required as a condition of your lease. It protects your personal property and provides liability coverage. Most major providers offer policies in the $10–$20/mo range.
Maintenance requests
For non-emergency maintenance, text or call us directly at 509-761-9989. We handle maintenance in-house and aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours.
For after-hours emergencies (flooding, no heat in winter, electrical hazard), call the same number and follow the emergency prompt.

- Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am
- Trash must be in designated bins or bags

- Parking is for residents and guests only — no commercial vehicle storage
