West Marina Drive
The lakefront corridor where most new construction is concentrated. Quiet residential street, direct lake access, minutes from downtown and I-90. Marina Shore Villas is here. The trade-off: highest demand, lowest vacancy, and premium pricing for the location.
The Peninsula
The Peninsula neighborhood juts into the lake and has some of the best waterfront properties in Moses Lake. Mostly older single-family homes, many owner-occupied. Rental inventory is scarce and expensive when it appears.
Downtown-adjacent
Walkable to Third Avenue and the post office, but mostly older inventory. Good for people who want urban convenience over lake views. Rents are slightly lower but so is construction quality.
North of I-90
More suburban, more affordable, further from the lake. Mostly single-family homes and older apartments. If you don't need lake proximity and want to stretch your budget, this is where to look.
